Barbie's movie soundtrack album has achieved significant success on the UK music charts, breaking records within a week of the film's release.
Three tracks from the soundtrack have made it to the top five of the official singles chart, marking the first time such an achievement has occurred, according to chart supervisors.
In total, six tracks from the Barbie movie's soundtrack have landed spots within the top 40 on the UK music chart.
Among the featured artists, Billie Eilish's "What Was I Made For" secured number three,
Dua Lipa's "Dance The Night Away" ranked at number four,
Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice's "Barbie World" reached number five.
Other tracks that made it to the top 40 include Charli XCX's "Speed Drive" at number 19
Ryan Gosling's "I’m Just Ken" at number 25
Lizzo's "Pink" at number 39.
The film's music supervisor, George Drakoulias, expressed delight in having successfully recruited all the desired artists, creating a perfect synergy between the music and the movie.
