Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal, which hit theaters in December 2023, became a significant box office success. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, this action-packed thriller features a star-studded cast, including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri. The movie has sparked mixed reactions among viewers, with some praising it while others criticize it for glorifying violence and misogyny. Despite the varying opinions, Animal remains a hot topic of discussion even months after its release.
Recently, a deleted scene from Animal resurfaced online and quickly went viral. In this intense clip, Ranbir Kapoor’s character, visibly drunk, pours himself another drink while on a plane. He then approaches the cockpit, orders the pilot to leave, and starts flying the plane himself. As this unfolds, the song “Papa Meri Jaan” plays in the background.
This scene occurs after Ranbir Kapoor’s character, Ranvijay, kills his brother-in-law in the film. A fan shared the deleted footage on the social media platform ‘X’, expressing that it should have been included in the movie. Many others agreed, calling it an amazing scene that should not have been cut. One fan posted, “I can’t forgive @imvangasandeep anna for removing this scene from the movie. It perfectly shows Ranbir’s silent agony after killing his brother, especially the plane taking off at the end. #RanbirKapoor.”
Animal Deleted Scene and Fans Reaction
In response to the video, another fan praised the symbolism of the plane scene, saying, “The plane ascending in this scene represents the story reaching new heights. You see a similar shot when the plane almost hits a mountain and then takes off, signaling the story’s next level. @imvangasandeep is a MAD Genius. Period.”
