After a pause of 26 years, J.P. Dutta and Sunny Deol are set to collaborate once again for the “spiritual sequel” to their iconic film, Border. Prior to their successful venture in 1997, the duo had worked together in notable films like Yateem and Kshatriya.
Confirmed Cast for Border 2 Till Now:
Following a major fallout, Deol and Dutt are reuniting for Border 2, a project that stands independently from its predecessor. Sunny Deol will take on the role of a soldier, and he’ll be joined by a stellar cast including Ayushmann Khurrana, Ahan Shetty, and Punjab’s esteemed actor, Ammy Virk.
Interestingly, it has been revealed that Ayushmann Khurrana will step into a role originally offered to Kartik Aaryan. For Ahan Shetty, Border 2 marks his second project since his 2021 debut in Tadap, which garnered mixed reviews. As for the Punjabi sensation, Ammy Virk, who had previously declined numerous Hindi offers, he has enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to be part of Border 2.
