At the trailer launch event for her upcoming film “Article 370,” Yami Gautam proudly showed off her baby bump, confirming the news of her pregnancy alongside her husband, filmmaker Aditya Dhar.
Aditya Dhar joyfully announced, “This film is a family affair. My brother, my wife, and there’s a baby on the way. It’s been an incredible journey, both with the film and with the news of our baby.”
Yami shared her thoughts on pregnancy and filming, saying, “It’s been quite a journey. Shooting while pregnant was mentally challenging, but having Aditya by my side made it manageable. We had wonderful support from everyone involved, including the doctors who discreetly supervised everything. Despite the challenges, it felt surreal to have our baby be a part of it all.”

Yami and Aditya tied the knot in June 2021 after dating for over two years, having met on the set of “Uri: The Surgical Strike,” where Yami played a lead role under Aditya’s direction.

Their upcoming film “Article 370,” directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and starring Yami Gautam and Priyamani, explores the events leading to the revocation of Article 370. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar, the political thriller is set to hit theaters worldwide on February 23.
