Easy Steps to Make Ghost Lights For Halloween:
Prepare the Ghost Bodies:
Make balls of the foils and stick them in toothpicks.
Cut the white tissue paper or fabric into small squares, about 4×4 inches.
Dip those white tissue paper one by one in Glue and Water mix paste.
