Big changes are in store for the upcoming movie “Welcome 3”! Social media is buzzing with news that Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar won’t be part of the film this time. Instead, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi are taking over their roles. You might remember Anil and Nana as the iconic characters Majnu and Uday in the previous “Welcome” movies. But now, Sanjay and Arshad are stepping into similar roles in the third installment, “Welcome To The Jungle (Welcome 3),” with new character names.
It all started when Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar were offered the film. However, things didn’t quite work out, and they won’t be returning. Anil had a surprising demand – he asked for a whopping Rs. 18 crores to be part of the film! This was quite a shock for the producer, Firoz Nadiadwala. Anil believed that Majnu’s character was crucial for the success of “Welcome 3,” especially with Akshay Kumar also joining the cast. He even thought the movie could earn Rs. 300 crores at the Indian box office. Despite Akshay’s efforts to convince him, Anil stuck to his demand and decided not to do the film.
Nana Patekar also didn’t want to play Uday Bhai without Majnu by his side. The dynamic between the two characters is what makes them special, and without that, it just wouldn’t be the same. Since Anil stepped away, Nana followed suit. So, Akshay and Firoz decided to bring in new characters – Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi – to shake things up in “Welcome 3.”
