Yes, it’s Official! Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), popularly known as PUBG Game officially announced that they are coming back to India Soon. BGMI, through their Instagram, posted this news and shocked the gamers.
In July 2022, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) was removed from both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The specific reasons for its removal were initially undisclosed. However, it was later revealed through a Right to Information (RTI) request that BGMI had been officially banned by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in response to requests from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
Since then, numerous reports have emerged online suggesting that the popular battle royale game may be poised for a comeback. According to these reports, Krafton, the company behind BGMI, has been collaborating with the government in efforts to have the ban lifted. Recent developments have offered encouraging signs, as Krafton has recently advertised a job opening for an India Mobile Quality Assurance analyst. This indicates that the South Korean company may be making progress in its endeavors.
BGMI (PUBG) Release Date in India?
As of now, there is no specific date announced for the release of the BGMI game officially but BGMI hinted that they will soon notify where one. Till then prepare yourself for the “Chicken Dinner”. 😉
